Why the Final Count May Differ
Many assume the total active subscriptions can be calculated using:
Start Count + New Subscriptions - Canceled Subscriptions
However, this formula doesn’t account for reactivations—subscriptions that were canceled but later restarted. Since we track changes daily, our system automatically updates the count, including reactivations.

Real-Time Updates – New subscriptions increase the count, and cancellations reduce it instantly.
Reactivations Included – If a canceled subscription is reactivated within the period, it is added back.
