Enabling this option will allow customers to manually opt into your loyalty program, giving them access to its benefits after they enroll.
⚠️ Important: If you have POS (Point of Sale) customers, we recommend not enabling this option, as they will not be able to enroll in the loyalty program manually through POS.
When this setting is enabled, only customers who have enrolled in the loyalty program will appear in the Customers section of the Appstle Loyalty app.
Appstle Loyalty is a Shopify-native app, which means customers do not need to log in separately to access their loyalty benefits. As long as they are logged into their Shopify store account, they are recognized by the loyalty system.
If the "Loyalty Program Enrollment Settings" option is disabled, all logged-in customers are automatically enrolled in the loyalty program by default.
