In short
Open a location and choose Show settings. If store pickup is off for the whole app, select Enable store pickup globally, then Enable.
Turn on Enable pickup date picker so customers choose a date. The pickup days and times settings appear once it's on. Turn on Enable pickup time picker so they choose a time as well.
From and Until set your pickup hours in 30-minute steps. Pickup slots frequency sets the length of each slot (5 to 60 minutes), or choose Custom to build your own.
With Specific dates of the year, add at least one date, or customers can't check out with this location. Two custom slots with the same From and Until can't be saved.
