In short
The app embed has to be on in your live theme. Select Enable in the Dashboard banner, check that Appstle Pickup & Delivery is switched on under App embeds, and select Save.
Cart widget says Disabled when its block isn't placed in your theme. With the app embed on, the widget is usually added above the checkout button anyway. If it doesn't show on your cart page, select Enable in theme, move the block where you want it, then select Save.
In Settings, Themes and checkout, Preview in theme opens a theme's editor with the block added, even before that theme goes live. The Product page widget adds a postal code check to product pages.
For the Thank you page and Order status widgets, choose a checkout configuration, then select Customize checkout.
In Settings, Troubleshoot, the top line says whether any setting is hiding the widget. When one is, Start here names the first one to fix. Contact support opens a chat with the findings filled in.
