Membership plans. Choose the product customers buy, how often they pay, a trial or a discount, and who can buy the plan. See Create a membership plan.

Member perks. Make the Add to Cart button, product pages, collection pages, blog pages or any other page members-only. Offer percentage, fixed amount, Buy X Get Y and free shipping discounts, point of sale discounts, emailed discount codes and gift cards. Show members a different page template. See Add perks to a membership plan.

Members. The Memberships page lists every membership. Open one to see its upcoming renewals and past orders, or to pause, activate or cancel it. You can also create a membership for a customer yourself.

Member portal. In the member portal, members can cancel, pause or resume their membership, and upgrade or downgrade to another plan. You choose which of these options they see in More → Customizations → Member Portal Settings. See how the member portal works.

Failed payments and cancellations. Failed Payment Recovery retries a failed renewal payment on a schedule you set. If it keeps failing, Appstle cancels or pauses the membership, or skips that renewal, as you choose. Cancellation Management lets you ask members why they're leaving and offer them a discount or a pause before they cancel. Both are in More → General Settings. Emails. Members get emails at key moments, such as when their membership starts, before a renewal, when a payment fails, and when their membership is paused, resumed or canceled. You can turn each email on or off and edit it in More → Subscriber Acquisition & Automation → Email Settings. See how to customize member emails.

Automations. Product Swap Automation moves members from one membership to another after a set period, for example from Gold to Platinum. Quick Checkout creates links that take shoppers straight to checkout for a membership. Both are in More → Subscriber Acquisition & Automation. See Product Swap Automation and Quick Checkout links.

Reports and activity logs. Analytics shows your membership revenue, members and growth, with reports on upcoming, successful, failed and skipped renewals. Activity Logs, under More, record the changes made to each membership.

Integrations, API and webhooks. Connect apps such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend, Gorgias and Zapier in More → App Integrations & Exports → App Integrations. To connect your own systems, use API Access and Membership Webhook Integration in More → General Settings. See all integrations.
