How does this work?
Sometimes if the product is expensive for the customer, the customer thinks of canceling the subscription which may cause you to lose the customer. So to avoid this Appstle has launched this feature when the customer tries to cancel the subscription from the customer portal they are asked if they want more discount on the subscription plan.
And When the customer clicks this button, the customer receives the discount you had given in the feature.
How to set up this feature?
To set up this feature:
Navigate to Appstle Dashboard -> Customizations -> Customer portal settings -> CUSTOMER PORTAL CONFIGURATION -> Turn on the toggle that says "Offer a discount on cancellation of subscription" and set the discount you want to offer -> Click update on the top right corner. :)
