The bulk automation feature increases your ability and speed to work.

For example: if you want to change the prices of hundreds or thousands of products at the same time then it can be time-consuming and a bit hard to do so with this feature of Appstle, you can change the prices of all the products in a few minutes so this way Bulk Automation increases your efficiency.

To use the bulk automation feature Navigate to Appstle dashboard -> advance features -> Bulk Automations.

Note: While executing bulk automation, please don't switch to other sections or windows. It would end the bulk automation process.

1. UPDATE SUBSCRIPTION STATUS

To run this automation you need to enter comma-separated subscription ids. eg. 111111,222222,333333,4444444. After entering the IDs select the status for which you want to run the automation and then click start automation.

2. HIDE SUBSCRIPTIONS

To run this automation you need to enter the comma separated values for the subscriptions you want to hide and click start automation.

3. UPDATE DELIVERY PRICE

To update the delivery price you need to give the new delivery price and click start automation.

4. UPDATE DELIVERY METHOD NAME

To update the delivery method name you need to give the new name and start automation.

5. UPDATE NEXT RENEWAL DATE TIME

To update the recurring order date timings you can use this automation. You need to provide the billing time in hours provide the billing time in minutes and lastly provide offset hours according to your timezone. eg. For the USA (GMT-4), United Kingdom (GMT+1), and start automation.

6. UPDATE THE NEXT RENEWAL DATE

To update the next order date you can use this automation. Here you need to provide the subscriptions IDs in comma separated values and provide the next billing date.

Also, you can specify the timings at which specific time you want to place the order and start automation.

7. UPDATE BILLING INTERVAL

In this automation, you can update the billing interval of the subscription plan. You need to provide the subscription IDs in comma separated values and the billing interval and start automation.

8. REPLACE REMOVED VARIANT

In this automation, you can replace the removed variants with a new variant by providing the replaced variant title and provide the new variant's ID and start automation.

9. PRICE AUTOMATION

In this automation, you can update the price of the variants by providing the variant ID and the new price per quantity and start automation.

10. PRODUCT REPLACE AUTOMATION

In this automation, you can replace the existing variant with a new variant. You need to provide an existing variant ID and a new variant ID and start automation.

11. DELETE AUTOMATION

This automation is used when you want to remove a product from the store you need to provide the variant ID of that product and start automation and also you get an option here if you want to remove all the products from the store.
