From time to time, merchants may feel this use of updating the customers subscriptions. There can be two approaches or times a merchant need to update their subscriptions:
Individual Subscription Updates: this type refers to a subscription update which a merchant is doing on a specific customer's request or a few number of customers. Appstle Subscriptions and Loyalty app offers a complete control over subscriptions and the merchant have a very in-depth update of subscriptions via our "subscription management feature"
To access anyone's subscription, a merchant can go to the Subscriptions tab and can search for the specific customer's subscription by using the ID or the email of the customer from the Filters section.
A merchant can perform any change to the contract of the customer like editing the discount, changing order frequency, skipping a fulfillment, immediate charging of the customer etc.
Bulk Subscription Updates: let's assume a merchant is having 1000's of subscription contract and they want to make one change to all of the subscriptions here the approach discussed before cannot be utilized because a merchant cannot go individually in every subscription contract and make the update. All the edit functionalities that are offered in individual subscription updates are offered as a bulk automation process. Where all the merchant needs to do is to provide a comma-separated list of IDs and select the action. Our system will take care of the rest:
In order to access bulk automations, a merchant can navigate to Automation > Bulk Automation. He will be shown a list of automations which can be used to implement the automation accordingly.
