What this video covers
Your Appstle Loyalty & Rewards Dashboard from top to bottom: the Program status checks and the app embed, Storefront App Blocks, the Finish setup checklist (Ways to earn, Rewards, Referrals and VIP program), Program Performance and Monthly Order Usage, and the rewards launcher your customers see on your store.
In short
Switch on the app embed first: click Activate app embed in the Dashboard banner (or Configure on the App embed tile), then click Save in the theme editor. Until you do, your store shows no loyalty widget or app blocks, and online orders and signups don't earn points.
The Program status badge reads Ready once the app embed is on, you have at least one way to earn and one reward, and your store is on a plan. Until then it reads Needs attention.
Referrals and VIP program appear in the Finish setup checklist only when your plan includes them.
The X on the Finish setup card hides the card for good, along with its Watch button. After that, open this article in the Help Center to watch the video.
On your store, customers open the rewards launcher. Visitors who haven't signed in see Join now and Sign In, plus Ways to earn and Ways to redeem.
